Air Chief Marshall , Anuwat Phetpong , Managing Director of TAI , assigned Group Captain Vithichai Sangtopho, Thai Air force Commander to become a delegate of Thai Aviation Industry company, limited and as an entrepreneur. Together with Air Chief Marshal Alongkorn Wannarot, Air Force Commander as the head of the state agency that owns the project , along with observers including Dr. Suwit Wibulset, Professor Vicha Mektrakarn, Air Chief Marshal Wichien Thammathorn signed the merit agreement. Type 8 of transport aircraft capability improvement project (C-130H) , phase 2 on January 17th , 2023. The location was held at Special Lounge 1, Royal Thai Air Force Headquarters. By the Air Force Aircraft Capability Improvement Project, Type 8 (C-130H), Phase 2 has been reviewed by the Anti-Corruption Cooperation Committee. This also has been reviewed by the Anti-Corruption Cooperation Committee to join the Integrity Pact Scheme under the process determined. In accordance with the rules and regulations related to public procurement . The purpose is to create cooperation to prevent corruption in procurement and the use of budget to be worthwhile and effective as well as making procurement more honest, transparent and fair.
